This game reminded me of the Memphis game back in Maui. The mismatch was clear, and Auburn could get pretty much what they wanted when they wanted it. At no point did it ever feel like this game was in doubt, even early, once they started playing.

No, obviously not as stated by the officials. Even the announcer, who never criticizes, was calling out how weak and pathetic it was. That play literally happens 50 times a game when guys are trying to create space and if Chad didn't act like a bitch about it would have never been given a second thought.
I appreciate Chad and what he's trying to do, nobody loves a good villain more than me, but sometimes he takes it too far and hurts the team and embarrasses himself. Last night was one of those times.
As for the game, great job last night and hopefully we can carry the momentum over to the Florida game. 2-1 in these next three would be really good but I'm greedy and want all three

Come on man, they play @UT, @Mizzou, @AU, AU, UF, UK, @Ark, and @Texas. That is every bit as brutal as our schedule.

You’re right. I guess I was just thinking Ark and Tx were going to be easier games.

First off, yes we have two players in CBM and Johni that love the theatre.
Not to dwell on the CBM thing too much because I really don't think it's that big of a deal but unlike the Yale fiasco, he didn't draw a flagrant 2 and get ejected. He drew a technical for sticking his tongue out (and/or maybe something he said) that resulted in his 5th. No doubt when he got elbowed he was remembering what happened to him (Yale and Baylor games) and wanted to make sure if the refs didn't see it initially, he would put on an act to make sure they reviewed it. They did and decided it was not a problem. Was CBM gonna get in Fears ear any chance he could, yes, that is CBM. Did he get in Fears head, yes, but he also took it too far and drew the technical that fouled him out. If he doesn't draw that technical, I don't think anybody is talking about this other than Chad's drama club performance that didn't work.
Anyway, nice home win, on to the next. Really good game this weekend. Curious if Clayton Jr will be back.
