Agreed. He is broken just like Gustav. Kinda strange that the same game broke both of them.

Ummm they went back to the playoff in 2014 and won 10 games the last two years.

Obviously this season is a dumpster fire with Francois down but you act like he's won 8 games a year since 2013.

No Randy, they beat nobody. Got BLOWN OUT in playoffs. BLOWN OUT by Louisville. Just never been the same.

Malzahn polished up that trophy in the Title Game before running it across the field and handing it to him. Wouldn't you agree Jimbo has always been a tad overrated?

I don't agree with Lanier much, but he is right on the money here. The LAST THING we need is Jimbo. I would rather keep Gus.

No kidding. His resume shits on Gus Malzahn’s.

Are we already forgetting how awful Gus is?

So when JJ wasn't as advertised, it was Malzahn's fault. When Francois goes down, it is just bad luck and not Jimbo's fault for not having another plan?

Has the last couple of years not shown you that maybe it wasn't all JJ?

When Jimbo throws out multiple QBs in a row who can't play, or goes multiple games against good teams without scoring more than a single TD at best, and goes halves at a time without making first downs then you can make a comparison.

Again, I'm not a fan of Fisher but he's definitely an upgrade over what we've seen the last 3 years.

I've waited and waited for Gus to get back to doing what made him successful but, as has been discussed on here numerous times, for some completely unknown and mind boggling reason he has gotten completely away from everything he ever did well. I'm tired of waiting.

Marcello and the rest of our “insiders” know jack shite. Like absolutely nothing. Their jobs, if based on the prospect of them having “sources”, are built on a lie.

Pay wouldn’t be a problem at Auburn. What’s the deal with Flast cheating out on paying assistants?

I honestly think he has wanted out for quite a while. With he and JJ not really being on speaking terms in a while, this is quite telling.

Gus trying to get a pay raise with this Arkansas talk

^Sexton playbook.

Will probably work with our seasoned businessman with extensive contract negotiating experience running our Athletic department.

Gus: "see the papers? Arkansas has offered 7 million."

JJ: "Uh, we will give you 8 million, 40 million buyout, and a bigger TV in north end zone."

Arkansas would allow him to run the program how he wants without behind the scenes meddling. That’s got to be a huge selling point

He has already proven He is not capable of doing this at a high level. Even in 2013 we were one two highly improbably play (prayer and 4 and 11 vs Moo st) away from a 9-3 record. (Kick 6 was not improbable, it was out coaching the other side)

Gus' ceiling is 9 wins, 2013 was a fluke.
