Interesting that you mention Gus not being the coach if we don’t air it out more. With all the uncertainty surrounding game day crowds, I don’t think any school is going to be in financial position to fire a coach owed a lot of money.

As far as Morris goes, you’d have to think Gus trusts him most out of all the OCs who’ve coached under him during his time at AU.

That might not be saying much but on paper Morris as an OC has a great track record.

And I don’t believe anything the salty Hog fans say about him. Arkansas was a dumpster fire when he got there. Also, like Steele some coaches are better coordinators.

I’m curious how, if at all, our scheme looks because of how teams will have to practice in response to health concerns.

At the end of the day, I just want a freaking uninterrupted season.

I think we all agree Malzahn’s word is shot.

The focus on TE recruiting says a lot though. Talking total offers and all.

What do yall think Gus's offense will look like this year? Like last year? More read by Bo Nix? Is Gus gonna give the keys to Chad? And who is going to be the man behind Bo carrying the RB load?

Can we get a nickname for our running back group?

Tank, MAR, DJ, Shyvers, Joiner.

Will we play Joiner at Hback?
Shyvers in slot?
Any split back sets?
Notre Dame Box with pirouettes like Against in Clemson 2016?

I am kind of mixed on this season. Much like the past few...kind of hyped at the start of the season, then I watch the first game and think, man we could've/should've played much better and think well in a couple of games we will find the groove, then reality sets in.

This season same thing with Chad coming on board and the recruiting of tight ends, me thinking that they will be used more and setting myself up for yet another disappointment.

Are you retarded son, or do you think all opinions different from yours are based only on what others say?

Gus didn’t hire someone of Morris’ caliber to be a puppet. Morris has enough clout to expect and require control of the offense. Grow up and stop being an a-hole in every post you make kid.

One of my biggest worries is the amount of time they have to prepare. With no spring ball and very little summer ball, there will be a short window for the offense to get things together if Chad wants to make a good amount of changes. Out of the gate could be very vanilla this year

Considering at this point there hasn't been any football. We are all going by what Gus told us as far as Chad having full control of the offense. So I guess that makes you retarded, too.

Chad Morris hasn't been successful in major college football since 2014.

Oh... Somebody doesn't agree with you, so you call them names and tell them to "grow up". Seems a little hypocritical.

Why don't you just shut up and go gnaw on a Werther's hard candy, you old little bitch.

. . . as does Chad Morris with such limited time due to the COVID.

You can make some educated guesses based on information other than what Coach Malzahn says. Well, some of us can make an educated guess.

Whether you believe Morris has been successful or not doesn’t change the fact he has accumulated some clout and can make some demands in taking the OC position.

I merely and accurately I might add, described your posting style as being that of an a-hole and angry. Self reflection would help you understand I am right and you will thank me one day for helping you recognize that.

Enjoy your day son.

Gonna depend a lot on Bicknell and the OL, IMO. We hardly have any real experience there outside of Brahms, and I don't think he's anything to write home about. Excited about seeing what BroHamm can do and see if this juco talent is all its cracked up to be. Bicknell is the right guy for the job but it's a hell of a job. Bo is gonna be light years better and Tank appears to give us a real SEC-quality RB for the first time since Tre Mason. If the OL comes together, I really like our potential.
