Pettiford coming in as the #1 PG in the country. They've played together in leagues, so they already know each style. Halloway was a top 5 PG I believe. He's still adjusting a little, but playing better now when it counts.

Would be a young twosome set of guards but that's some elite talent at that position.

Returning Denver, Aden, CBM, and a continuously improving Chaney + Pettiford/Howard. I love the way next years team is shaping up especially if you add a stretch 4 and a 5 to compliment Cardwell if he stays.

Pettiford is a combo guard. The guard rotation will be set if we get Aden back.

Have to add a stud 5 and a solid backup 3 and probably a starting 4, although Chaney may be starter worthy if keeps improving at this rate

I think depends on how the big dance goes and who Bruce can get in at the 5. Need a rim protector that can score. If we don’t get that or lock someone in if Bruce asks… Dylan will return. And why not he can get a decent bank roll

I haven’t given up on him for next year, but I don’t think we should be banking on him being great next year. I almost want to see him get some run at the 2 where he can get some catch and shoots and not have to be the guy to run the offense. If we have a chance to improve at the guard spot in the portal then we need to take it.

I know it's all connected and his shooting is having an impact on his overall confidence but his body language is so bad and he's not doing any of the little things to contribute with his shot being off. I just don't think he has the dog/intangibles to be the pg on a team with high aspirations.

Most of the guys on our team had a large improvement during the off-season. Player development coaches are doing a nice job.

I expect him to show a large improvement as well.

Yeah, we can’t go back to playing a 6’9 Cimeon Bowers type 5 man

I’d kill for a 6’7 Anfernee McLemore type.

1- Tre and Aden
2- Denver and Pettiford
3- CBM
4- Chaney and Howard
5- Scott

I don't think Kd and Cardwell have eligibility because they came after COVID. We will see though.

We lose CMo, Jaywill, Kd and Cardwell due to graduation.
I would love for Broome to return but he might test pro opportunities. CBM is 24 next year so does he return.

We will have to pick up a few portal or JUCO guys.

Wasn't he a top5 PG out of high school? Isn't that what we hired him to do?

He’s not draft-able right now.

Are you thinking portal?

Howard isn’t a 4. At most a 3.

1 - Tre/Aden
2 - Denver/Pettiford
3 - CBM/Howard
4 - Chaney/Portal
5 - Dylan/Portal

Just have a feeling Dylan is asked by Bruce to come back for his 5th year.

They do, but it’s time for KD to move on. He’s shown his arse time and time again. Atleast Mazara makes up for it somewhat by his play on the floor.

Is it possible that we lead the nation in techs this year and is there any to research? We have a ton of mouthiness.

Fox sports tracks it. Look in misc stats and sort by techs.
