It’s hilarious and awesome. I will now be waiting for an opportunity to use it in conversation. No one has better sayings and anecdotes than people in the south.

PM has maintained his stance that he doesn't know who the hire will be but he does know it will NOT be Freeze.

What I know: Kiffin and Sexton wanted the Auburn job in 2020 when we hired Harsin. He has been in contact with us for a while now. I find it hard to believe that he all of a sudden changed his mind at the last minute. Auburn has done everything right here.
And with this post I hope nobody else brings any other projections and mod intel to the board until Kiffin chooses. The back and forth from insecurities within both fanbases are racking my insecure mind as well.

In other words, he gave his team a massage because they have a game to play. He may stay, he may leave, but what’s come out the last 24 hrs has no bearing on the outcome. It is just speculation from crumbs of information.
Start pouring drinks and just enjoy the ride.

The fact he keeps giving himself an out when he’s addressed it, even to his team and staff gives me some confidence that nothing has changed and OM is just grasping at anything that even looks like a straw.
