Looking looser on our shooting now.
quote:

dude is putting up a triple double tonight homes
He may end up with double digit boards on both offense and defense
We're just not going to win shooting like this.
quote:

here we are bitching about Broome and he’s got a double double at halftime
He's been relentless on the boards.
B10 and SEC are probably going to rework the playoff after this contract is up.

It's unfortunate but some of you guys are going to have to come to realization there is nothing we can do to compete with the top dogs in NIL.

From a recruiting standpoint, unfortunately, this is probably the peak for us.

If we can sustain this level of recruiting we will be in the playoff hunt most years. I'm good with that (we all should be).

If he is plugged in let the bidding begin.
We would be 1 loss or undefeated with Ewers this season.

Look at the scores of our games and tell me he's not worth 1-2 touchdowns per game vs. Throne.

He said that this is the most f'd up situation he has ever been around. The head coach will not listen to his QB opinions.
There a quote somewhere on that?
quote:

but I would bet that changes sometime next season if he racks up more inexcusable L's.
You'll see many of our tunes change if we don't get a QB for next year.
quote:

With Freeze, probably same results.
You think cam ward vs. PT is worth 0 points? I wish you set vegas lines.
quote:

Give Freeze Ward, and he’s undefeated right now too.
At worst we only have 1 loss to UGA with Cam Ward this year.

Which games do you think we lose?
Any of our QBs could play the rest of the way without burning a redshirt correct?
quote:

Cam will be interesting. He would bring some intrest on the open market but he honestly has not played up to his hype.
Cam could transfer basically anywhere he wants.

Cobb is good.

quote:

He does that more often than you'd like sure but how often is being misconstrued. If there's anything he could be given credit it for it's that he's decently accurate. Today was the most consistently inaccurate I'd seen him.
Well that's unfortunate because he's not particularly accurate. It's just overshadowed by him getting the ball out late, not stepping into deep balls, etc.

quote:

Play him the tape of the first half of the season and tell him with you we're undefeated going into the georgia game. It's pretty simple fr.
Show him a bag of cash and videos of Cam Coleman behind the defense being underthrown by Thorne.

Calling on firing 2 coaches in 4 years is a bad move, with the way we're currently recruiting.
quote:

We've got a splitting of guys who are too jaded from the the last couple of years to see things from the immediate point of view and guys who are too emotional and can't see anything about the program aside from immediate dissolution of the football program. The truth is somewhere in the middle, as usual.
There are a lot of fans who personally disliked HF. Others who thought AU would become instantly better or it would be a straight line. Almost every good player on the team is a transfer or underclassman.

If he doesn't have a serviceable QB next year with big improvement, I'll join the hate train, but I wasn't expecting much this year when we missed on the transfer QBs.
quote:

I want a guy that can win it those situations just like yall. But he gets one more year from me.
I wouldn't call for a guys head in second year unless he basically isn't trying to do the job (hint - Harsin). These classes are a step in the right direction even if Hugh doesn't ultimately pan out.
quote:

Coleman should have scored a 98 yard TD if Thorne puts the ball on the money in the 3rd quarter.
There have been 3ish deep balls I've seen where Thorne underthrows Coleman by 5-10 yards.
quote:

Idk about that. I saw him flinch at a blitz in the A-day game…with a non contact jersey on.
Maybe - good point. Still, a live scrim is way different than thud, uppers, 7s, drills etc.

Some guys have it under the bright lights and shine with contact, others shy away.
quote:

The only one stepping up is the one he didnt coach. The one from Penn.
Our best WR is the PSU transfer but our second and third best are both true freshmen. Arguably people would be talking about Coleman being the best but our QB can't throw a deep ball.
