Guys, they didn’t want Coleman anyways. He was just a lowly DL Saban has recruited but he sucks and he would have never seen the field at Bama
Was watching his HUDL. The dude looks like the Cool-Aide man in red busting through Olines....
re: NCAA CFB 25
Posted by ALhunter on 7/22/24 at 5:04 pm
Madden updates rosters weekly. Now that the CFB game reflects actual likenesses and isn't just RB #27 that supposedly isn't Cowboy.. they will likely do the same.
If they tweak ratings that would be glorious. NCAA 2011 Auburn needed some mid season adjustment....
4 losses. Oklahoma, Georgia, Mizzu, and Bama. I think that's most likely.
If Thorne plays the same, agree with this but think we drop one more. 7-5
If Thorne plays better, I could see 8-4 (win the games we should) or even surprise somebody and end up 9-3. ...

Bo Jackson is one of the only dudes Deion has absolute respect for lol
"You’d think that we’d be able to roll through a scenario like this with how big the NFL and college football is here, but uhh … I’ve got some news for you. We LOST. To JAPAN. I’m not kidding you, we actually lost a game of American football to Japan, doing so Wednesday. And we didn’t just lo...
Kirby and Hugh are pretty close (Hugh has said this publicly). However, I would be surprised if they sit around talking about specific recruits. They are still rivals on the field, after all.
Kirby stole KJ Bolden from Hugh last year, so even if they are.personal friends, crootin is still ...
Can we please go back to running nascar. Wasnt thats Freeze's thing at Ole Miss as well? I might be completly off but it seems like the teams running super tempo has dropped the last 3-5 year.
Hard to find the right QB, hard to maintain OLine recruiting, and rule changes.
Guys wan...

Having a speedster like OMac was critical for that offensive scheme....
re: Henderson
Posted by ALhunter on 6/17/24 at 1:06 pm
Yea he looks pretty good/complete to me.
Sets up blocks well and gears down.
Finds hole, breaks through it with burst.
Breaks tackles and strong stiff arm.
Looks bulky/strong and like his frame could hold a little more weight if we wanted to put 10-15 on him. ...
First, the man has a sub 11 second 100 meter at nearly 210 lbs. He is not deceptively fast, he is fast.
Looked it up and he ran basically a 7 flat 60m and a 11 100m...
That's actually really fast. For context Onterio McCalebb's HS PB was 10.9...
re: Anonymous coach comments on Auburn. Harsin responds
Posted by ALhunter on 6/13/24 at 2:39 pm
I think this is 100% accurate. I don’t think Hardashian or the coaches he brought with him had any idea of how to navigate or compete in the snake pit that is the SEC.
He took the criticism personally and just stubbornly refused to change adapt or even try. I do think at some point he jus...
Good point Jville.
I also saw an interview with a recruit, where he spoke about NIL. He said during the OV, Auburn had a presentation to speak to him and his parents about NIL, how it worked, the payments, and how to structure investments for tax purposes, etc. Withholding for taxes quarte...
In my opinion he's headed to the NFL sooner than later after his son's leave.
I don't see it. Recruiting/hype/rara/players is his biggest strength... not X's and O's.
Plus what team would want the circus?
So another question comes to mind. In basketball, you have 13 scholarships. What if they want/have more than 13 qualified players. Can they just tell the 14th person that we don't have a "scholarship" for you, but here's an extra 50K in NIL money to pay for the things the scholarship pays for...
I think our biggest competition is Florida so I'm not that worried personally. Billy is gone after this year almost definitely. They have the toughest schedule I've ever seen. Plus let's not forget about the 13 million dollar NIL mess lol if he commits to them then it just wasn't meant to be ...
I'm wondering how long we need to leave the door open for a Henderson, if Ousmane and several others are interested and not playing as many games.
Part of becoming a top tier program is not taking this stuff personally. Losing your spot is an impersonal but credible threat.
