Nope, get on his arse and keep it moving. He wins us more games than he costs us.

No more game threads for you.

We have to ride with CBM. Dont know why he would be suspended when it wasn't that malicious.

I agree, just like the Yale game. BUT he just has to know he is never getting the benefit of the doubt in those situations.
Problem is I think he forgets everything including his own name when his eyes go red. I’d like the coaching staff (maybe put a manager or lower assistant coach on it) to watch him like a hawk because it’s easy to see it coming. It’s almost always retaliatory with him.

Not sure why that hasn't already happened. I could see it coming from my recliner when he didn't get a call on that review.

“ I think he forgets everything”
He has no self awareness. Broome needs to shut up, play through contact. Turn around, play defense.
Story of the year.

He's definitely a dumbass as far as game awareness is concerned. Dude has to realize he is never getting the benefit of the doubt and stop this crap. I welcome him back for another season but Bruce has to realize you cannot count on this clown keeping his cool in critical situations. So unfortunate because he has so much talent and could have been one of our best.

Both the Yale elbow and the one today were obvious intentional acts, benefit of the doubt wasn't needed. He does have a deserved target on him though, which compounds the stupidity of his actions. All these players know the refs are going to video replay on just about all instances of potential flagrant fouls.

Kicking someone out of game used to require a punch. Now you just have to slow mo replay some weak arse elbow. Neither should have been kicked out of the game. The world is so soft and weak. A technical and 2 shots ball out is bad enough. But kicking someone out, cmon. The guy flopped and acted like he got shot. This is so dumb. Basketball has to fix this.

Bottom line is both were plays that have nothing to do with basketball. The players know the game of today and should know better. These players weren't even around back in the wild wild west of basketball days.
No one seems to know this routine better than CBM

Yea elbows are part of basketball, he didn’t look where the elbow was going. It was a forearm to the back which happens nearly every rebound. Guys will start ducking to catch one in the head for an ejection I guess. They review a play every 5min. It gets so old.

Throwing intentional elbows is not part of the game. And I don't know how anyone can watch that and not see it was an intentional elbow.

I don’t disagree with anything I’ve read about him. But I also don’t think even with his rep that other teams should get to just tee off on him. And don’t the officials still have the responsibility to call the game evenly? They have to also be aware that the opposition is baiting him and be on to that as well. There’s a lot that should have been called this year where he was on the receiving end and wasn’t.
The play where Youngblood steps on him while he was on the floor. If the exact same play happens with the players reversed, they are calling f1 on CBM all day long, maybe f2. The officials could have done a much better job preventing some of these instances if they would call it evenly, starting with the Yale game last year. And I think that’s where a lot of his frustration comes from, which I understand he has to be mature enough to play through it and not let himself get baited.
Not calling nelson for taunting in the first half just adds to it with some of the soft sh!t CBM has gotten called on him this year.

It should come from Bruce not from the league.

Yeah it kinda is. From an early age boys and girls are taught to swing their elbows side to side in moments where defenders are bodying up and trying to poke the ball away.

The thing is he always has time to calm down. It's almost never immediate, I could almost excuse that. It's always way after the fact and this moron thinks he's playing in 1980 when there weren't cameras that see everything and reviews for just such instances. He's an idiot and I'm tired of watching him hurt the team with his selfish stupidity. Throw in the dumb grins and laughs after the fact and he can gtfo
