Couple things on vandy…
- the true freshman QB Jerad Curtis is the real deal. NFL arm, mobile, great size… he just needs the experience. Had 3 TOs vs NC St but also made some great throws and led the team in rushing. Reminds me of Matt Stafford as a TF. After a terrible start, Curtis scored TDs on four of their last 7 drives.
- the defense isn’t great but did a solid job stopping NC St running game.
- Vandy OL isn’t very good… the offense as a whole is a step down in talent from a year ago. Junior Sherrill is a solid WR… and Alexander is a good RB, but this team doesn’t have a Stowers like play maker.
Will also be interesting to see how they get back focused after their win Saturday… plus it’s their first road game of the season.
I’ll say 31-27 Auburn… -9.5 is nuts… no way were two scores better than anyone in SEC besides ark.

Its a must win to me for this season. This isn't a good Vandy team.. they should have lost to a bad NC State team. If we can't beat this Vandy team then our issues this year are even bigger than we realize.
