Hugh and Briarcrest all deny this. The girl in the story never claimed wasn't required to change in front of Freeze just that she wasn't allow to go to the restroom so she went to the corner. She never claimed any sexual narrative to her story, her only complaint was privacy.
I have no idea if this story is true or not. Seems Freeze has been pretty open about what has happened in his life.
