‘23 3* OL Brycen Sanders visited Auburn and was offered. Dude is a stud. #15 OG in the class and sounds like him and his dad liked the visit

4* WR Antonio Williams visited today. Unofficial visit and I think it’s his second of the summer

KN/247 says ‘23 4* DE Keldric Faulk is back on campus today. 2nd visit of the month

‘23 4* OT Bo Hughley also stopped by campus. He got to watch Coach Friend work with the OL campers and he said he liked what he saw. He’s from Fairburn and says that playing close to home is important to him. I imagine he’ll be one of Auburn’s top priorities for 2023

Jason Caldwell has a free story on his visit HERE (247)

Metafour, the receiver you posted about did he enter the portal? Film looked incredible, just ripping the ball on 50/50 passes.

The rumor was Jalen Tolbert from South Alabama, and no, he hasn't entered the portal. At this point I'd assume its not happening, but I guess it's not out of the realm of possibility. I think that Jake Bentley (the former South Carolina QB, son of Bobby Bentley who was an analyst here under Gus for two seasons) transferred to South Alabama - so it might be "safer" for Tolbert to just stick where he's at as he's already legitimately on the NFL radar even without transferring to an SEC school.

Thanks Metafour, I looked back at your posts and found the name and looked him up for any news. I came across an article where some elite QB coach has some facility close by and Bentley works with him. The guy frequently called Tolbert to work with the QBs and seems the two have a relationship so you are correct, he will probably stay put.

I certainly hope our current boys step it up a notch or two.

‘23 4* QB Brayden Dorman is on an unofficial visit today and camping tomorrow before continuing his tour of schools. Should be one of the better ‘23 QBs

Big Game Boomer thinks Dreshun Miller is the second best transfer in college football after Erik Gilbert. That’s high praise right there.

Are you talking about Bob Stoops? Is he an analyst now?

I was starting to think he had some cred, until I saw he had Big Kat in that list at #5.

Yeah, Big Kat wasn't bad by any stretch, but I doubt he's the 5th best transfer. Too few pass rush skills for a DE.

Big Cat Bryant.

He was a solid backup type player.
Not big enough or fast enough, or long enough to be dominant.

Good nickname.
Ok player.

I'm laughing just thinking about those games as I watched Big Kat burst off the line like Road Runner only to see him disappear at the bottom of my tv screen as he was was being pushed out and away from the QB...

His main problem, IMO, was the cinder block cleats he wore. He gave effort, but he was not very fleet of foot.

Made 3* DT Maxie Baudoin V’s top V. The other IV are UGA, UF, A&M, and USCw.

Auburn has the only crystal ball prediction. He camps and visits LSU later this month and that’s the wild card in this recruitment.

And to think, we named our biggest recruiting weekend of the year after him

I follow Big Kat on Instagram still and he shows a lot of videos of him working out ALONE, no team in-sight. Looks weak af for someone at this level, saying things like, "there ain't no off days on the schedule" unless you are the rest of the team it looks like.
