I wonder how White feels about that.

If anything this season reminds us how necessary it is to have as many good players as possible in case of injuries.

That's what makes bama so strong. If they have a player go down, or ejected, they bring in another stud. The QB position is the only exception. There aren't a lot of schools out there who have two competent QB's.

I'm not saying we shouldn't go after Stidham because I would if I was Gus. I was just wondering how White would feel about his teammates slobbering over his replacement.
If I was White, it would irk me a little bit but I'd suck it up and get past it.

Not a lot of Intel so far but ...
-We hear the AU freshmen receivers will have dinner with Stidham and Gus Malzahn.

It'd be kind of weird if just the freshman WRs go

On OVs, you have player hosts that will accompany the OV to Gus' house for dinner.
If the FR WRs are player hosts it would be expected that that they go

They're the only ones worth a crap so it makes sense.

The notion of Stidham throwing to our freshman corps of wr next year makes my loins feel funny.

The freshmen have all the talent....Kyle Davis, Eli Stove, Darius Slayton, Nate Craig-Myers...I'd take Ryan Davis too

No Hastings at the dinner?
Will must be going to take Stidham out for a nightcap.

Yeah, it moves a little every time I think about it. (I mean that in the least ghey sense possible.)

Hastings is sitting at the children's table

I know this. But this isn't an OV and usually it's one player host per player. Not 3 hosts for one player.

I also know this. It's just a weird message to send to your team when you only send the FR WRs.
I get why you want the FR WRs there but having ONLY them is the weird thing.

KN just made interesting note. LSU just offered Bama QB commit Tua despite having 2 already committed. Speculates that if kiffin were to make jump things could get interesting.
4* Lowell Narcisse used to be AU commit. QB recruiting could get pretty crazy to finish this cycle
