AUBURN | There will be two Muschamps on Auburn's sidelines when the Tigers open the season this fall. Robert Muschamp, the nephew of Auburn defensive coordinator Will Muschamp, will join the team this summer.
Muschamp's uncle Will started out as a walk-on at Georgia.
Muschamp chose to walk-on at Auburn over scholarship offers from Air Force, Army, Central Arkansas and Wofford.

Great schools, great experience but not everyone is cut out for that lifestyle. Could definitely see a young person choosing a walk on at AU over the Academy type experience. To each their own.

All depends on what path you want to go down. A military academy and the military service afterwards can be an awesome experience that not only is unique but gives you opportunity all over the world. That said, it most definitely isn't for everyone so I would never fault a kid for not going if given the opportunity.
Also, Muschamp has a preexisting relationship with little Muschamp. He can funnel our bagmen money
