I'm fine with Morris. We'll recruit the Texas offensive talent we need to be successful here. He laid the blueprint for Clemson run to the top and has made SMU competitive when they were in Kansas shape bad.

If true, home run hire. Our fanbase just won't know it for a while. Perfect fit. Only thing I worry about is him bolting to A&M, but we'll probably take steps to prohibit that in the contract

He wasn't my first choice, and you have to wonder what skeletons were in Norvell's closet that he wasn't offered the job, but he's not my last choice.

I was more worried about this before Jimbo. They have a lot invested in him for awhile.

Jimbo signed a 10-year contract and that allegedly didn't sit well with Morris. The buyout for Jimbo has to be substantial.
