Johnson should be back though. Arkansas needs to run the ball even better to keep the defense off the field as much as they can.

Said Isaiah Nichols should be good to go, as well.

Sam Pittman says the staff has not "figured out" the injuries to Jalen Catalon or Myles Slusher.

Follows that by putting Cat and Slush as starters on the 2 deep.

Yea. Clark was for sure in on the last series or two.

He makes it easy, someone is always wide open or he's being drug at someones ankles before they break free for a long gain.

HOLY shite DUDE SHUT THE frick UP HUDSON CLARK DOES NOT SUCK AND WAS NOT THE PROBLEM YESTERDAY YOU DUMB frickING MORON!! That’s the most retarded brain dead take and after 3 ducking years I’m tired of it. Yes he’s a white walk on cornerback but the motherfricker can play and there’s a reason he’s our clear no.1

They never changed the two deep last year to keep up with injuries.

Sam did seem somewhat optimistic that Dominique Johnson would be back this Saturday. Said they practiced him last week never really with the intention of him playing against Cincinnati. But the plan is to try and get him ready for SCar.

I really like us to take a step forward this week. Gonna have to figure out something on the back end of the defense or it will be unnecessarily high scoring.

I’m thinking if we don’t have the two guys back, we revert back to last years scheme on the backend of things. The group that finished the game against Cincy has no business playing man.

Quite literally it looked like nobody on Saturday.

Bishop got his arse toasted one entire drive and I don’t recall seeing him again. He isn’t a backup to the two you mentioned, but just pointing that out.

Gordon behind Slusher and Brini behind Cat.

Bishop is supposed to be one of the fastest players on the team.

Clark can't play man worth a crap either, but he's pretty good in zone coverage.

I’m not sure about Jayden Johnson at nickel but I’m curious to see if they play him in Slusher’s spot or at safety for Catalon. I think he’s built for more of a safety but rather than getting Trent Gordon on the field it seems like we’ll start Brini and Blair at safety instead.

If it were me Khari Johnson would get Bishop’s PT this weekend in a rotation with Clark, Chavis and McGlothern.

Their second touchdown drive which consisted of two passes to Bishop's man was the most pathetic play from an Arkansas DB that I've ever seen. He can't play another snap this year.

Bishop got burned quite a few times last year as well.

Despite his speed, he may just be slow to react on the initial route recognition which is causing him to be a step behind.

I'm not too concerned if Dominique is held out one more game. Rocket, A.J. and Dubinion are enough to get us through. Johnson is a tough runner inside though.
