I wanted Bob Chesney.. and pretty much anyone but Silverfield… but here we are. I don’t think he will fail as badly as Bitchtits or Chad… I can’t say I have paid any attention to any of this since the end of the season though.

The floor is definitely 2-10. Qb will be a problem all season.

Unless our running game is close to elite.

I believe RB are plug and play. As long as your line is halfway decent and you have a threat to run or throw at QB, he will get 1000 yards.

The only one who wanted Silverfield was Hunter Yurachek.

When he saw Ryan collect the win that Petrinos nonexistent second half offense and Pittman's game mismanagement handed him, he knew, he was on the short list of 20 head coaches over the past six seasons.

Of course Silverfield was the only one who'd return his call.

What should happen is after Silverfield wins 1-3 games this season, Hunter is fired. The new ad is hired and uses the next 2-3 years to fix all of Hunter's frick ups and hires a new HC to begin the process of moving forward.

So with the reasonable assumption that the next coach will need at least 2 years to built the program…

We’re looking at maybe 2030 to field a legitimate team in the best case scenario

Will Stein going 10-2 is absolutely absurd. That’s definitely not going to happen.

I’m also not against or soured on Silverfield. What a great “self made coach” story and he undoubtedly knows football.

Thing is, it’s not what I think about him that matters. It’s what recruits think about him vs. any other coaches that may offer them that matters.

LSU should be back on Black Friday.

I’m probably in the minority who believe the 230 games are the best games. Allows you to watch the game, and go out and do things after, you can go to a party/get together and casually watch other games instead of getting angry.

I think you only get 2-3 years now when you can flip a roster in one off season. Not us though we hang on to our losers.

Seems like the waivers need to be denied before the last day to enter the draft. But who knows they let people who gamble on their own team play now.
