Ole Teeter is going to get someone fired up on the Hill.

He’s probably had a concussion for a couple weeks now. It’s really the only explanation for trying to go Superman from the 5 yard line.

Biddy speculated no go on KJ as far back as Saturday night.

He said if a guy goes into Concussion protocol, they never play the next game.

I have to assume we will see a variety of Fortin/Malik this weekend, if so.

Yea the protocol usually eats up a week.

Guess we will see how good of a passer Fortin is or how far Malik has come.

Correct, yes. Get Miss St now before the line moves.

Conspiracy Theory: Coaches played Fortin instead to light a fire under Hornsby's arse, knowing we would need him in the coming weeks.

Push for it to be 2-4 weeks standard. Hell it’s like 3-6 months for bad ones in fighting.

The protocol for football will be based on what grade it is. Of course Pittman said he didn't say he was in concussion protocol. Doesn't mean he is or isn't.

Certainly not good if he is though. Would likely miss at least one game. Especially after seeing the deal with Tua last week.

I'm actually kind of excited to see what the passing game looks like. It was nice to actually be able to complete a slant when Fortin was in.

I wouldn't be so shocked if Fortin comes in and starts completing passes in the middle and gives Arkansas the victory.

But......most likely he will suck and Arkansas gets blown out.

I think y’all have got to much hope in a guy who couldn’t start at UNC or a 2-8 South Florida team.

I wouldn't really call it hope. I'm just interested in seeing the offense with a QB that can actually throw a 7 yard slant and hit the receiver in stride. It's not like he can be any worse at reading a defense than KJ.

He probably isn’t very good, but just because he didn’t end up anybody’s guy doesn’t speak to his skill set. He absolutely throws better than KJ, that much is pretty obvious. He may end up making nice throws to the other team, but even the casual observer can see he throws a better ball.

Can we all admit KJ is AJ Derby and should be a tight end?
