If you aren't going to Arlington, but live in Fayetteville, what are your plans for the weekend?

If you live in the center of town, yeah...it's worse than you imagine. Much worse. Nonstop dull roar, punctuated by assholes revving their bikes right in front of your house.
Imagine if someone revved their Harley in your driveway. Now, imagine if that person did that every 3-5 minutes, a few nights in a row, until 2:00 am. It'd get under your skin, to say the least.

One of the lamest rallies. 90% of the people there can barely ride they just trailer their bikes in, clog up the Pig Trail, and walk around acting hard getting stupid shite like "Biker till I die" sewn on their new leather vests.

It's not that bad, and I live on Dickson Street.
I can see how it would be annoying if you think you're better than everyone though.

It's not just the noise. Today I witnessed a biker riding right next to a good looking lady. He was matching her speed, getting close to her window and smiling at her. Kind of funny, but I am sure she was freaked out.

Luckily, vengeanceofrain is hosting a southern Silicon Valley think tank meetup in his palatial estate in C-town. I'm heading that way to hob nob with the best minds of our generation and frick 10s until their meth head boyfriends show up and beat our asses and we realize that the 10s were actually skanks, the palatial estate was actually a duplex on Oak street, and the meeting of the minds was actually a dungeons and dragons game with neckbeards.

I'm not better than everyone. I'm definitely better than the mid-life crises and drunk meth trash burning off their tires at 2:00 signaling to others "Hey I really enjoyed Easy Rider/Sons of Anarchy (depending on age) and no other social group will accept me."
Fayetteville public schools close down on Friday during the rally because of noise and traffic. Most of the people I know who live in central Fayetteville do their best to go out of town.
