JSJ's three point shot still a major work in progress, went 3/11 from three and 11/24 FG at the Chipotle Nationals this weekend. He's pretty much unstoppable with penetration and getting to the rim so tons of FT's 10/13 FT's and will get guys in foul trouble. Was a monster again on defense as well.
Andrews is very similar not a great outside shooter, Richmond is a poor 3PT shooter so I do worry about our 3PT shooting next year. Those guys penetrating and kicking to Wilkinson is best case scenario he was 36% last year at UGA 79/221, still not great but at least average. Hopefully JSJ improves a good bit here but it was rough this weekend. One scout said he needs more arc on the ball he's still shooting it way too flat.

Woof, seems like a not great fit for DJ. Buzz was atrocious last year and then everyone left. Maryland is a dumpster fire right now. Good luck to him though.

I’m guessing it’s more about the pay day
Getting the most of his value now, because it’ll probably be limited in the NBA

It was most definitely largest bidder, he has no future in the sport other than overseas after a couple of years in the G League maybe. I hope he turns it on for the Terps but between Buzz and their roster and conference it seems unlikely.

Tipton predicts Thiam to Michigan.

I'm assuming Cal and the money people have a plan.
If we end up with leftovers I, along with most fans, will be pretty upset/pissed off.
It's blatantly obvious that in order to win it all in this day and age you MUST have rim protectors/rebounders. Big physical dudes.
Sure it might be a little pricey, but do you want to win it all or not? A true big man wont hurt the young kids opportunities to show out, but they will be a relief valve for defense and offense.

Michigan has more people that can throw money in the pot.
Arkansas has the Tysons and Hunts that are carrying the load.
When Cal was hired, John Tyson said himself that people need to pitch in.
It doesn't look like it and it isn't fair to the Tysons and Hunts that they are doing the heavy lifting.

Well he didn't commit yesterday on his visit, maybe he will today after sleeping on it, not sure.
I don't see Tipton's prediction at on3 anymore so I guess he withdrew it? But still says 70% Mich 30% St John's.
Doesn't sound like we're a finalist either way but who knows Tyson or Hunt could pony up last second and that's all it takes anymore.

You are telling me that they can't pony up 5 mil for an elite big to win a title.... I'm calling bull on that one brother....

Idk man, really hard to say. Our budget last year was $12M for the whole roster so likely the same or very close this year. $5M for one big is damn near half that budget.
JSJ supposedly got $3M. Abdou Toure $1.3M. JJ Andrews around $900K. Wilkinson got around $1.2M. Adds up fast, that's $6.4M in four players alone.

Are any of us donating anything to the NIL? I've not done it, but would be willing to donate to the basketball program. Is The LinkU the right one?

Yes, TheLinkU allows you to specify the sport.
