I don't think Scanlon would fail. Not even close. I don't see anything in his resumé that would suggest he would be anything other than a great hire. Sure, he hasn't been an athletics director before, but he has excelled in positions that require even more organizational wherewithal. I think he would transition into the position very well. And his upside is very high.

It is believable. In 06 he was the next town over, heard an elderly lady darksider drone on about Nutt a few weeks after the "Dear Mr Interception King" was one the front page of the SW-Times and responded with "I hear ya concern, but frankly I don't give a damn".
It unbelievable that the BOT has allowed Hunter to have a job this long.

The wealthy person's 'ROI' on an NIL investment is personal satisfaction. That's why Todd Graves bankrolls LSU football - it makes him feel good when LSU wins. How many wealthy alumni/boosters do we have that feel that way?

Didn't want start a new thread on this but how do we feel about it? Anyone really think any good will come of it or is it just an attempt to temporarily quite the masses?
