To heck with a coaching search thread. We need a new AD first. No way can Hunter hire the next guy.

Silverfield is here next year unless it’s a complete shite show or he refuses to let Cramsey go.

We are paying over 20 for our kids, which is good enough to be middle of the Big12… and as much or more than Utah. If it’s all talent evaluation, then he should be let go for cause.

Call me crazy, but we need an AD that is in touch with the Razorback faithful AND that can bring in the boosters for the NIL pockets to deepen.

I'd prefer going back to an AD that understands football. Hire excellent coaches and NIL will take care of itself

If only the folks who will hire the AD could be fired first.
I want a younger AD who understands the present and has a better idea for the future. Then (I know it's odd), he needs to hire a retread to rebuild, like Frank did with Danny Ford after the Crowe debacle.

It's got to be someone connected in state. I joke about HDN but lots of folks love him. I don't think he's an AD but I do think he could work in some capacity with the university and help raise money.
