I will, but I think Clemson will curbstomp them. ND is easily the weakest team in the CFP, IMO.

'bama native Chip Long is OC for ND so I would be interested to see his gameplan vs. Clemson.

All of my wives brothers and her parents attended Clemson. They are insufferable college football fans. So I will be pulling for Notre Dame.

Absolutley pulling for ND because they suck and I want to play them. However, they suck and it won't matter who's cheering for them, they'll get killed.

I want Clemson.

I am curious to watch that game. I think (and could be totally wrong) that Notre Dame has almost been a bit too overlooked.

I also want Clemson.

ND will get smashed by Clemson, so if we take care of OK, I'll get my druthers.

Not me. I’m old and my hatred for Notre Dame runs deep. I grudgingly admired them back when they were elite, but I still hated them. I hope Clemson gets a sloppy “struggle win!”

They are the same team they were in 2012. Yeah they went 12-0, but it was a struggle nearly every week. Fortunately they eeked out a win over Michigan and beat an OK Syracuse team so people get to justify their inclusion in the field. UGA and Ohio State would both beat them by 2-3 TDs. Clemson will beat them by 4 or 5.

I guess I'd rather play ND. A fourth playoff game in a row against Clemson is kind of meh. Want somebody new.

Although I guess it would be cool to emphatically take 3 out of 4 during this little Clemson "rivalry," and put to rest any talk of Clemson ascending to the top spot of college football.

"Cheering" might be a strong word, but I'd rather play them than Clemson. I'm tired of playing Clemson and ND is soooo fun to embarrass.

I'm tired of playing Clemson, so I'm cheering for ND.

ND is by far the best team Clemson has played this year. If ND stops the Clemson run game, they can win that game.

My sentiments mirror several of the others here.

Part of me wants Notre Dame to win, because we've seen Clemson vs. Alabama three times in a row, and it would be a nice change. Also, I feel like we would obliterate the Irish just like in 2012, so that would be fun.

At the end of the day though, I'm not a Notre Dame fan at all. I have some friends who are Irish fans and they are probably the second most delusional fanbase in college football, right after LSU. So I can't deny I would get plenty of satisfaction from watching them get curbstomped by Clemson.

I'm kinda sick of playing Clemson in the title game, so if I had my way it would be ND. But I think they are fools gold big time and are gonna get stomped

I think ND actually has a shot at Clemson. Clemson is a big question mark for me as while yes they obviously are good, they’ve been on cruise control the last two months. Absolutely nobody that could challenge them. South Carolina showed their defense has huge holes in the secondary and their defensive line is not nearly as good as the media thinks they are. They have talent but they disappear at times too. Nd has a very good qb in book, a solid run game. And they have big WRs that is a big advantage over Clemson’s dbs. On defense they have a top potential pick in Jerry tillery and some guys that will definitely challenge that Clemson offense

Can’t do it. It will mean a harder road for Bama but I will NEVER root for ND not even if they were playing Auburn. They’ll always enjoyed privileged treatment by the media like they are special. frick ‘em.
