Was Tua at the NCG?Posted by Grievous Angel

And if not, why not? Does he live in Miami?
Jalen was there. Julio was there. Hell even Lane Kiffin was there.
LINK
Along with a host of others. Ingram/Henry have come back a lot.
What type of alum will Tua be?
Also, sounds like trouble in Miami.

Y'all seem pretty defensive about a gut that's definitely not on Top 5 Alabama QBs of All Time.
One that would include McCarron, Mac, Stabler, Namath, etc.
And it's not like momma called the dude. He'd tell anyone who'd listen he went where daddy said.
Just wondering how much Bama he has in him. Jalen certainly has it.

Idk what exactly you're going for here, but if you're looking for people to hate on Tua, I'll pass. Kid gave his all for our school, don't really care if he comes to the title game or not.
He had his struggles this year, but I think he will bounce back with a good season next year. Will help if they sign or draft a playmaker or two for him.

Idk about that chief. McCarron was solid, had a great run for us, but in terms of pure qb talent, he doesn't belong on that list in my opinion.

Not hate, but perhaps a Market Correction. Brought on by Jones, who went wire-to-wire with his Natty.
Maybe he's not the undisputed best to put on the jersey.

2 titles. No one else has done it. You're right, he was just "solid" but he was a playmaker too.
1 alone doesn't get you there--ie Jay Barker. Or GMAC.
But both of those QBs did lead Bama wire-to-wire to undefeated NCs. Barker had a horrendous champtionship game tho.

"Y'all, I think Mac had a better season this year than Tua ever did, which really makes me question how much Tua really cares about Alabama."
Go sit in the corner.

Steadman Shealy did also.

I can't even begin to imagine winning a NC game, much less dominating it, when your QB goes 4-13 for 18 yards, 2 INTs/0 TDs.
Such a different time.
Incredible that Bama won comfortably with McElroy going 6-11 for 58 yards just 11 years ago too.
You are getting run off the field and beat by 40 points if you do that now.
