Hopefully the pitching and defense are competitive in SEC play. Seems that that is what plagued us a lot last year. We'd have a chance to steal one and then give up a 3 or 4 run inning late.

The bullpen was ok last year for the most part. They were just asked to do way too much because our starters were constantly getting taken out in the 4th and 5th innings pretty much every game. Hopefully we actually have a lock for Friday and Saturday starters by conference play.

Yep, would be even better if we had an actual baseball camera angle so we could tell if he's good or not and not a drone from the lower stratosphere.

Yea I'm not sure - never heard him before. They sometimes have to dip deep into the roster this time of year with softball, mens and womens basketball and baseball radio all having their own guys.
I think Eli was supposed to do the games this weekend, so I dunno what happened there.
