More like that clinched his Heisman. It’s all about the story, not who’s the best player.

He'll be able to wear his "We need change" shirt all day long.
Perfect for the multitude of espn interviews of him throughout the weekend.

Will he miss the ND game next week is the big question.

If he has zero positive tests from here on out he can play against ND.

I think The ACC rule is 10 days from first symptoms, so Trevor could easily say “I first experienced symptoms last Sunday” and easily be back for ND.

I don’t think this effects Clemson at all. I actually think Uiagaleilei will eventually end up being a better QB than Trevor before DJ leaves Clemson

He has no say. He tested positive Wednesday. From that moment he was on the clock. The ND game would land on the 10th day.

I thought after 10 days a positive case had to test negative for 3 straight days? Guess not.

The ACC has their own protocols and it's 10 days after you test positive. ESPN article below:

"Lawrence's COVID-19 test was taken Wednesday. Under the rules established by the ACC's medical advisory group, any player who tests positive for COVID-19 must isolate for at least 10 days after the test before returning to practice, assuming the player is no longer showing symptoms. That would also put Lawrence at risk of missing the top-ranked Tigers' Nov. 7 showdown at No. 4 Notre Dame."

Exactly. 21 days in protocol and no wiggle room to get back any game lost. This virus is starting to crank back up big time and it's freakin' cold up there right now. The mathematical odds of any B1G team not needing at least one do-over is astronomically large.

I think I read some tweets about the 21 day protocol and it had to do with all that Myocarditis BS. And I think the doctors believe its so rare that they decided to not even test for it anymore. But the B10 has their political heads so far up their but, they cant admit all their reasons for not playing were BS.

If Biden wins Tuesday The B1G will stop with the Myocardidis BS.

Hate to make a political statement in this thread

The only question I have about this Lawrence thing is how in the world did this guy have this virus Wednesday morning and he then goes to practice and yet not one other Clemson player is in contact tracing protocol? It's a miracle.
