The easiest thing you can do to have a better outcome from COVID19 is go to Walmart or Sams and get you a bottle of Vitamin D for cheap and take 2,000IU a day. And if you want to question the validity of this tip, i know the study is from Spain but the US is taking it to heart. I am a pharmacist and I work with LTC (nursing home) patients. All of our homes have instituted standing orders for every patient that comes through the doors for ‘rona. Every one includes vitamins C and D and zinc. And since they’ve started these protocols, the death rate is WAY down. But D has the most hard evidence of making a big difference.

Everyday, I get 1600 IU of vitamin D in my multivitamin (200% RDA).
