Baker in the portal ….

Best move for him, I think he is talented but he has been passed by Hall, Holden, and Brooks.

Baker and Jones-Bell have to be expected when Brooks, Earle, Hall, and Holden all played ahead of them.

Can anyone explain the status of Alabama’s Offensive Line? I thought that the 2021 class (with the Brockermeyer brothers) was supposed to revamp that under-performing group. Now it sounds like they and maybe others are looking around hard.

I know it is an especially developmental position. Hoping that is the issue and not another case of missing on an entire group. The top two players in the class were OT and it was the weakest link.

Really? Paul will start somewhere. Maybe it'll be a smaller school like South Alabama or something but he'll find a starting job somewhere.

From what I saw of Paul, he won’t start his first transfer year, He might start his last year of eligibility

WITH all of the hype for this class and the inability for any of them to really contribute this season (outside of Latham) most would consider this a failure of the Oline coaching staff. Much talent but underperforming position group. If there are some who are looking around, that just goes further with the source of issues being coaching... But, I could be mistaken

OL usually don't start their 1st year, especially undersized linemen like the Brockermeyer brothers.

Another thing to take in account in the 2021 class is the lack of summer camps due to covid.

Coaches didn't get to see players in camp prior to their senior seasons in high school.

The OL situation next year will be interesting to see how it all unfolds . Especially if some transfer. We signed a light load this year of interior lineman . Will be interesting to watch what Roberts , Ferguson, George and the twins decide

I think Alabama will be good in the middle of the OL if Ekiyor comes back.

It's the tackles I'm worried about. I think Latham takes one spot.

I really hope Randolph comes back as a blocking TE, can definitely help the tackles out.

If that’s true it just makes no sense unless he’s chasing an NIL deal.
