The deadline to declare for the draft is 4 days away and I feel like I haven't read or seen anything anywhere on some pretty prominent dudes. Has anybody seen anything at all on:
- Metchie
- Battle
- Hellams
- C. Harris
- HTT
- JAD
- Ray
- Byron Young

Don't the more prominent guys usually get the group press conference?

Yep - Hank on BOL basically said they've heard nothing about one and expected it to be today if it was going to happen.
So...maybe guys haven't made decisions? Maybe they'd decided to stop doing the press conference? Maybe they're all going to come out and be like WE'RE BACK LEGGO?
Absolutely no idea, but there isn't much time between now and the deadline and nobody seems to even be bullshitting what they think about all these guys, which feels kind of strange.

The question for them over the next few days is their draft stock. Harris moved up into early 2nd round it seems, even one mock draft had him late 1st. Metchie is going 2nd or 3rd round and the same for HTT. Also seen Battle early 2nd round.
I could see them all staying and maybe why we are seeing so many on the depth leaving.

Yea I mean Evan Neal and Jameson are probably the two most prominent and they just went ahead and announced on social media. Perhaps the press conference is a thing of the past.

Are these guesses or based on something real? Because some of those are a little surprising, both ways. Metchie, Hellams, C-Harris, JAD specifically.

You just will not have large senior classes anymore and even less at the best programs due to early to the NFL.
The sophomores will have to step forward going forward and freshmen will have to be counted on as well. Redshirting is a waste of time.

On a selfish note I wished Young would stay . Lot of potential and played dominant at times this year

He's 50/50... I think they have til tonight or tomorrow to make decision.. so Alabama can get together the presentation next week IGuess.

Seems to me no surprises so far transfer portal wise unless Latu actually is/goes in. I know some of the Drew Sanders Stans are surprised and well I don't think any of us are happy with Stone Hollenbach jumping due to his upside, but besides that.
