I was looking at going to Boutwell, $300 a ticket on StubHub including fees. General Admission.
Think the lowest price is $120 on the official website (bamainboutwell.com), but that’s still 20% higher than I paid for UConn/Purdue championship tickets. Going to probably pass on this one.

It helps when you do your own scouting, instead of looking at rankings from a journalism major that hasn't shot a ball since high school. Oats has a damn good eye. If the "recruiting experts" were really elite at scouting, they'd get hired for way more money by a school or pro team.

Lol. $120 for an exhibition against Wake Forest? That's nuts. I was wondering how the tickets on the resale market were at $300.

Some people are going to be very mad that they paid that much when prices drop. No way they stay that high.

Pretty sure all proceeds are going to childrens hospital. Secondary market, not included obviously, but the cheapest seat sold through the event was $120.00. Although Im often suspect of charitable organizations in today's world, it's pretty hard to feel bad about giving a lot of money to this one.

We apparently just offered this 7'1" dude from Iceland. I do think we need more vikings on the team

It will take a lot of misses for me to not trust this staff's evaluation of prospects. When we started going after Nolan Traore, he was pretty much an unknown prospect nationally. I watched him and immediately was confused as to how this kid was not a potential #1 candidate. He's now the current #2 prospect in a loaded 2025 class (aka would have 100% went #1 overall this past year).
Haven't seen a whole lot of him, but just looking at how fluid and coordinated he is for his size, we could be looking at another guy whose draft stock will sky rocket.

Looks like Creighton based on my limited reading this morning.

No. We're actually going to give the money to charity.

That, and he hasn't visited most of his top schools. He was supposed to take a bunch of official visits in October.

Yeah, the timing of this is weird, his original announcement date was in November and now he's announcing without visiting everyone, the dude is headed to Creighton.

Yep, Trilly says Creighton
