This is a link to an article that shows great insight into our coach. The willingness to reach out and learn from other Greats in the profession is huge ! I don't think it's a coincidence that he Also mention's past teams being tired.

We all need to keep in mind that Oats is still very early on the learning curve for major college BB. If he is open to learning, which he now appears to be more so than the first 2 or 3 years, we're in for some serious fun over the next 10-15 years.

And Reggie King is the only one of those who played before the 3 pt line. He wouldn't have shot them but it would certainly have opened up the middle for him. He earned the name "Mule," an absolute beast around the goal. ...

Somewhere I read that since Bediako was on a student visa, he was ineligible for NIL money and that was basically why he went pro. Does anyone know for sure how NIL works for someone on a student visa.

You're spot on. Our slump towards the end of the season that several attributed to "lack of effort" was what the NBA folks refer to as a rookie "hitting the wall." Oats acknowledged it without using the exact terminology....

I certainly hope he took it into consideration last game by playing them as much as he could so he could rest the others.
If he didn't he isn't nearly as sharp as he is being given credit for....

The absurdity of having eight and nine on the first and second team is laughable. The last two selected for the "second" team are actually the first two in the fourth team....

I just looked at the ESPN Analytics For our remaining games. Was pleasantly surprised that we are favored in EVERY game. The closest winning percentage is 60.8 to 39.2 at florida. We have a slightly better chance of winning at Kentucky....
