He's not getting attention, but I think Rylan is the player who makes a jump this year

Agreed. Bediako leaving stupidly, and the state of our front court is the biggest question mark.

People didn't know what type of team we would have last season but look what happened.

It wasn't many talking heads speaking on Brandon Miller last season either until they started hearing what he was doing at practice and overseas.

Our Frontcourt was a question mark last season but Bediako made huge strides last season.

Nick Pringle made huge strides throughout last season so I believe he's the biggest X-Factor with this team. Staying out of foul trouble will be key. His motor is crazy and he's TOUGH around the basket.

I think this a fair prediction.

Obvious question marks and relying on a lot of unprovens but if they all click we can be very good

I think 15-20 is fair. We should still be solid. Roster looks good on paper. Only downside is not much P5 experience. Relying a ton on mid major transfers and freshmen.

That's a pretty fair assessment. Lots of unknowns, but high potential. Definitely got screwed by Bediako.

I kinda laughed at how much they blew off the impact of Quin leaving (minutes the timing). You can tell Goodman isn't a huge fan of him and his inconsistency. Loved hearing them rave about Estrada.

Seems like overall they were pretty well informed for national guys. Capable of being a top 10 team, but need guys to take the next step in development or we'll be a 20-30 type team.

I don't really agree with their analysis of our front court. We have two guys (Pringle and Wague) who can rim protect and anchor a defense. It's just a matter of at least one of them being able to stay out of foul trouble every night. I also don't think it'd be the end of the world if Nelson shoots 30% from 3. He's a big who can shoot a bit, not a shooter who happens to be almost 7 feet tall.

I agree there's definitely a lot of question marks with all the roster turnover, but I think they're misframing them a bit.

Personally my two main concerns are that 3 or 4 of Walters, Parker, Stevenson, and Dioubate end up being shite and that we play a ton of games where both Pringle and Wague have 2 fouls with 8 minutes to go in the first half. That kind of stuff would really frick up our lineup construction and force guys to play in roles they aren't really best suited for defensively because of how small we'd have to play.

I don't have a problem with Bama at 22 to start the season but I will be shocked if not in the top 10 to end the year.

I imagine it’s a puff piece on a coach that leads weekly bible studies, volunteers at a non profit, etc.

Writing a puff piece about Hugh Freeze's youth ministry for at risk teenage girls would be peak Joseph Goodman.

Based on that video I think we are going to score close to 200 ppg.
