This game should be great experience for the future. This won't be the last big, physical team they'll play in front of a huge hostile crowd.
PS-If Oats tries to run another baseline out-of bounds play besides throwing it back past half court, I'm gonna come after him late at night!

Pringle brings it and he needs to play period like I wonder how many offensive rebounds Tennessee got when he was in?
This legend of Nick Pringle is getting a little out of control. Bediako was hardly the problem tonight

I gotta agree with that Coach lol...
I don't know why he didn't switch the passer on the in bound plays versus Tennessee.

I mean we all watched the game and he did REBOUND the ball effectively when he was in the game. Positive things happened as well.
Has nothing to do with Bediako.

Quinerly sucks as an inbounder

The only times Sears mid major pedigree creeps up is in games like this. He can get physically removed from the game on offense when we aren't free flowing, because he can't really do much against elite defenders one on one.
This and physical post play against us is why I can’t see this team even getting past the Sweet Sixteen. I mean the right opponent could knock them out at round 32.
I won’t be surprised to see Bama lose one more regular season game, lose a sec tourney game and end up a 2 seed.
I suppose it depends on how everyone else does.

We lost a game to a good team on the road guys. We didn't play great. It happens.
Yep. It's not like we haven't won games with questionable calls. We played bad, and had some questionable roster decisions. I knew there was at least another loss coming. 5 more to go before the post season. Before this game, we would've had to win 19 straight to a title. So it sucks, but I'm not gonna melt over it.
Just gotta learn from the mistakes, players and coaches. Pringle looked good. Nimari is looking like a weapon. And we got experience in a bruising game. They'll serve the youngsters in the tournament.

We don't have guys getting open honestly but I wouldn't have JQ or JB as the inbounder.

How about someone that's not 6'1? Why not Miller? He can pass over most defenders, and it makes for a good give and go opportunity, driving or a 3.

It makes sense to do that because of how long and athletic the other 3 on the court are(typically).
They’re both easily good enough to get it in with this roster if the plays allow it.
There has to be something wrong with the inbounds calls.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing like...why aren't we letting Miller be the passer.

Tennessee was nearly tackling us on inbounds plays.

Or we could not run into one of those teams on a night where the officials let the game go and swallow their whistle and blitz everyone on the way to the final four.
Outside of a handful of all time great teams the last 30 years every team had had a bad matchup type. All of them. Some of them got lucky and avoided it for the whole tournament. Some of them found a way to get past it. Some of them got a bad draw, everyone pointed out the bad matchup and then they lost.
It's possible, but I don't know how you can say something like "I can't see us getting past the Sweet 16". Could we run into a bad matchup in the S16 and not respond? Absolutely. Is it definite or even probable? No.

Well time to put on a show this Saturday at home vs UGA with that no. 1 next to our name. No mercy.
Get the next two wins vs Georgia and S Car...then get ready for the home stretch vs Arky, Auburn and at TAMU.

We had a LOT of at the rim 2s we could not get the roll on tonight. That was also frustrating

Yes. That was devastating tonight. We missed tons of lay ups and put-backs

We'll bounce back guys for sure! The loss hurts a little now but we back at home Saturday.

If aTm bounces back and wins this game tonight against Arkansas, our SEC lead becomes very precarious.
Their schedule sets up favorably with their 2 toughest games remaining at home, and their 3 weakest on the road.
