2 line in Bham
I didn’t think there were any 2 seeds in Bham. All the projections show the 1/16 and 8/9 games from the Midwest and West region.
I could be misunderstanding as I’m no expert on the seeding locations.

When are we going to make the move and hire another women's basketball coach. Kristy Curry has been here a mighty long time and hasn't done diddly. This year is going to play out just like recent years. Every year we compile wins over non conference cupcakes and falter in conference play. She hasn't made me a believer yet. She can't even get the top talent in Alabama. She can't even put up a fence around the state. See Morgan William(Mississippi State). She's been here since 2013 and still hasn't made Bama women's basketball slightly relevant. Why do we accept below mediocrity for wbb and not mbb? And don't say Alabama was never good in wbb because there was a time wbb here was relevant and to be reckoned with. Moody damn near got every top player from the state. It starts from within. I'd rather have a young Joni Crenshaw. The program has no energy!

Didn't we just won another game and move to go to 17-6 (6-4)? We're projected as in the tournament right now and not even on the bubble?
That'd be 2 tournaments in the last 3 seasons.

Locations aren’t set in stone for any seed line. Just depends on who the top seeds are and what areas are closest to them for the most part.

Weird melt with how their season has gone so far

Last 3 years Curry has turned it around and we will make 2 tournaments and the 1 year we didn’t we were competitive. She does a great job, people don’t understand she was left with arguably the worst program in the power conferences.

Tennessee does not match up well with us.
Tennessee has a chance to beat us if they control the boards and force us to play at their tempo. Kansas doesn't have a big guy who can limit shots inside the paint. Auburn doesn't have outside shooters who can hit enough shots on the perimeter.
Alabama has both and that's the kicker...We got shooters for days and we usually defend & rebound the ball well which that spells disaster for Tennessee.

It's kinda absurd that he called out Wake Forest and Pittsburg. I'll give him Miami. But why pick on the little guys in the conference? Hell, he stole a recruit from Pitt last off-season. Meanwhile too scared to call or Duke or UNC? The dude is setting fire to hide legacy and their program.

This is a strange take since they’re solidly in the tourney field, 5th in the conference with the hardest part of the schedule behind them, and will likely end up with 20 or 21 regular season wins.
You also have a selective memory about Moody. He had a good stretch, but in his 16 seasons at Alabama he only had winning conference records 7 times meaning more often than not he did exactly what you’re saying Curry’s teams have done.

I believe numbers 1-9 will be our March Madness rotation. That’s the best top 9 in the country. I really think they will make a run for a national championship.

Yeah I was in the basketball pep band a couple of years with the first being 07-08. The women's team that year beat South Carolina in their first conference game (this was the season before SC hired Dawn Staley) and then proceeded to lose every other conference game by at least 14 points until they lost to UGA by 9 in the SEC tournament to finish 10-22.

Curry is doing a fine job. We’ve got a few of our better players out too. She took a shipwreck off the seafloor and got it to float. She deserves credit for getting the woman’s program competitive again.

Summer of Google(Mr. Google Fingers) By the grace of God. They have made the tournament on the bubble. Most of their wins are compiled of non conference cupcakes not just this year but every year Curry has been here and the same guys are talking about how good of a job she's doing because they're beating HBCU's and Samford but during SEC play that talk dies down. Curry has been here ten years. Face it, the administration doesn't take wbb as serious. You keep talking about what she inherited. Look what Dawn Staley inherited. NOTHING! Both previous mbb coaches records are better than Curry's during their tenure but they were ran out of town. How long does it take? In mbb what she's done wouldn't be acceptable and in football oh my God, she would've been gone. Thank God for cupcakes and the bubble. Whoever keeps saying she was left with absolutely nothing. Stop it! That was ten years ago. In ten more years she can collect retirement, that's acceptable for some of you. Lmao

Surely you realize that having a championship caliber program in a non-revenue sport is a luxury. Football and men's basketball make money for the university and go a long way in advancing the brand. No AD in their right mind is going to pull the plug on a decent but unspectacular women's basketball program.

Everything you just said was irrelevant except the UNSPECTACULAR part. You don't think UConn and South Carolina is bringing in their prospective school's money? I'd take Dominique Canty, Brittney Ezell, Niesa Johnson, Madonna Thompson or Yolanda Watkins over Kristy Curry any day. That's if you so-called wbb fans even know who those young ladies are. All that "they need to have coaching experience" is overrated. Give them ten years like Curry has gotten and they'll figure it out. Grandma Curry is not the answer.

Fellas I'm starting to get concerned we're not going to end up 17-12 after the next 6 games.
