Was nice to see Bradley swish a 3 last night too. Was a pretty looking shot.

He's got a good shot and is a good free throw shooter. He's not Rajon Rando. He's just got to start taking those open looks. He'll get there.

I'm also not understanding where we scored more than expected at the rim. Almost all of our 2s were dunks.

Maybe it's a realization that the average college player isn't making those dunks Miller threw down.

I dont think Welch has another year, this is his 5th year. I could be wrong but I haven't heard any different.

We should be absolutely loaded at guard. Fine at center too if we return Bediako and Pringle.

Assuming we lose Clowney, all we need is a couple of guys to step up at SF and PF, whether its players in our recruiting class or we bring in a couple of transfers. Granted that Miller (SF) and Clowney (PF) will be tough players to replace.

Looks like we will have a couple of spots to add transfers on top of the high school players we already have signed.

He just hesitates to take it and you have to be a sniper like Miller to be able to double clutch on a 3 and still knock it down. It's all muscle memory, so when the brain comes into play it all gets fricked up.

Hopefully we have the money.

Any teams with good underclassman wings and a coach who is going to get fired?

Fingers crossed. We do have Walters and Dioubate signed who are both switchable forwards. Maybe one of them exceeds expectations like Clowney did.

Rocketed up recruiting boards throughout his senior year. I see no reason why he won't be an NBA prospect in the future

If he works on his combo guard skills over the off-season, the kid can turn into a 1st round pick. He's lacking on defense a bit, and that awareness will come with time, but someone is going to fall in love with him as a prospect if he becomes a good secondary ball handler. His offensive ceiling is crazy high.

He needs to start shooting 3's more to at least the point where the defense has to start respecting his shot more. He has a nice form but when watching, you can almost feel him overthinking his shot. It's great that he's aware enough his perimeter shooting isn't his main strength but he needs to "go on green" more than he's attempting right now. It'll actually help him create more offensively, even if he's shooting at a slightly lower percentage.

If we return Sears and Bradley, were good. Though we'll need to pick up a backup in the portal. I'd see us starting a lineup of Sears, Bradley, And Burnett, and Bediako. Clowney has started showing up on mock drafts, so let's say he leaves. Then we are definitely short at the 4 spot. We're bringing in 2 freshmen. But we'll need to add at least 1 big with range. We keep it up, and we'll be a potentially popular destination in the portal.

I noticed Oats had him running things while the bench was cleared. A good opportunity for him to be the #1 option, but also where he knows he needs to let the other guys get involved, since it's their rare opportunity to play.

He did well in the role. It's sometimes he needs to practice so he can evolve his game for them next level. Definitely going to be a fun kid to watch develop.

Those are the guys you need to win big in March. A one and done can be great to have, or it can turn out very disappointing. No matter what, you have to have experience and maturity to be a good tournament team. It's rare to get a mature freshman that can handle running a team. Miller seems to be that exception.
