Well we’re about to Give Oats the contract he deserves at least.
5 SEC bball coaches are already in the top 12 highest paid. Oats needs to be in that top 12 as well.
Smart to do it before the season ends, I hope thats the plan, looks like it is.

Curious to see what it will look like. I'm guessing a raise to ~$5 million and a big buyout increase.

Hope the boosters will rap up this new arena as well. I know costs are high but at least give assurances it will get done even in the face of inflation.
If we can extend Oats and assure him he will get his shiny new arena? I don't see why he would leave unless the NBA came calling.

I hope 5 million but I’d guess around 4 million thats what Buzz Williams, Musselman, and Pearl make.

I’m wrong about Pearl he recently got a raise up to over 5 million a year.
