NEW AP POLL!

I don’t think the AP releases a poll after the tournament, so if I’m correct, this is the final one. This means we can claim the AP national title, right?

Bruh, I just noticed the LSU player in the background of your avatar.

I also still like the spiderman meme (I believe I did that one? I need to get back doing photoshop)

GA Tech Athletics have really went to shite over the past twenty years.

One day, they used to be worthy adversaries against UGA.

I haven’t viewed TD where I could see pictures in forever. I completely forgot those are what I had.

Just a thought, but how would we feel about Pastner if Hodgson ends up getting the Buffalo job?

I don't hate it, but i'd rather keep Hodgson. I'm selfish, so what?

Love Furman +5.5 against UVA. Not sure how they’d match up San Diego St. SDSU used to be more of a slow grind it out team. Haven’t watched them in a couple years.

UVA is slow and plodding. Not sure which SEC team is similar to them. But they are not as good as the team that won it all several years ago.

They used to be great in basketball. My dad is a GT grad, and when I was a kid living in Atlanta, he'd take me to see them when they had Kenny Anderson and Dennis Scott.

In terms of tempo it's probably State. I really wouldn't say there is anyone in the SEC who is similar to UVA in terms of style though. Their offense is almost entirely walking the ball up the court and running set plays, which isn't really something you see a ton of in the SEC, and no one in the SEC does anything all that similar to a pack line defense. It's a type of team we haven't really seen this year. If we can speed them up and shoot reasonably well I think we'd beat them fairly comfortably though.

Yeah, they were one of the better programs in the country from the mid-80s through mid-90s. A lot of NBA guys came through there and they had a major pipeline to top NYC recruits because of Cremins. The school in general just doesn't give a shite about sports anymore though. They have basically zero sidewalk fans and the alumni who give a damn are mostly middle aged or older at this point so it's only going to get worse.

If the college basketball subreddit is any indication, Purdue fans are truly some of the shittiest people imaginable. Definitely not something I'd have ever expected considering it's, you know, Purdue, but holy shite they are horrible.
