Thoughts on LSU-Ole Miss?

Been seeing so much on this game. My thoughts:
Zero doubt Sam Leavitt will play. I think Lane was playing mind games with this.
Ole Miss will play early on with a lot of emotion but I don’t think they can keep that up for 60 minutes.
I think it’s fairly close in first half (maybe 17-10 or 21-11) but LSU runs away in the second half. Something along the lines of 41-17.
Off course, if by some chance Leavitt can’t go, I still think LSU wins by something like 28-14.

They can both eat shite and I hope it goes to a dozen OT's and both teams get so beat to hell in the process it ruins their seasons.

LSU isn't holding Chambliss and Lacy to 14-17 points.

Playing "mind games" a couple weeks off of potentially being booted out of the entire conference is peak Lane retardery.
That said, give me OM

I could care less.
At this point I just want the game to be over so we can finally stop hearing about it.

One of the things roll tide willie is right about is I don’t give a piss about nothing but the tide.
But, really, LSU destroys them.

I don't understand why people think that LSU is going to win by multiple scores. Even if Leavitt plays, he is not that great of a QB. He has some wheels, but he is an average passer at best.
Blake Baker's defenses struggle against QBs like Chambliss.
I think Ole Miss wins 31-21

If LSU starts out like they did last weekend, it will be a good game. I think they were looking ahead though.

Gonna be a highly charged atmosphere - lots of emotion - and probably a real slow start because it

Kiffin likes playing with fire. I have never heard of someone putting a player on an injured list when they weren't injured. He has him as questionable too, which usually means they won't play or have limited snaps. The SEC put in the mandatory injury report so teams wouldn't leave players off, this cat is putting his qb on it when he isn't injured (that's what the word is anyway).

Well because Golding.
That Ole Miss defense is putrid

I like LSU in a close one..34-31 type game.

He was always pretty good against QBs who weren't exceptional passers when he was here.

Hard to really determine that two weeks in.

I feel like OM pulls this one off. That QB and RB are incredible, and I’m not sold on LSU’s passing, and their defense is meh.

If Golding beats Kiffin, will the portion of our fanbase who thinks Lane is the GOAT and vastly superior to Deboer now cry "we should have hired Golding?"

This seems like the kind of game LSU will win. The pressure is on Ole Miss and I don’t think their emotion carries them all the way. Golding’s defenses have a tendency of becoming turnstiles in big games, especially in the second half.

I dont really buy this. I feel like if anything, the pressure is on Kiffin to not be embarrassed by his former underling at the school he spurned, especially after the circus that he summoned up in the last month. If Ole Miss loses, oh well, most people expected them to.
I'm putting my chips on Chambliss in a big primetime game. That dude seems to thrive on pressure.

Y'all remember that South Park episode where all these bikers come to town and they're convinced everyone in town is intimidated and impressed by how loud and cool they are? But the people of South Park really just hate them because they're loud and obnoxious and ruin everyone's good time with their embarrassing behavior. That's totally LSU.

Sadly, there will be a few who do just that.
