Corey Reamer was a better fuciing linebacker.

He has the unique ability to not read plays, be slow and isn’t physical

I’d trade three current defenders for him

Proctor is nothing but a giant slob. The most overrated and overhyped player in years.

One thing I noticed... on most qb runs, our players stood still 8 yards back and waited for the qb to jump into their arms. No footwork at all. One qb juke and he was off to the races because our guys were lunging and trying to make arm tackles. Pathetic play by almost ALL of our defense

Five star version of Chris Capps. Looks like a beast, plays like a turnstile.

Defense sort of just jogged after people like, "Oh, well. Lost another play." These guys don't hate to lose.

Rewatched some of the game yesterday and his effort on several key plays was unacceptable. If I were CKD, no way would I let him play Saturday. For all the money I'm sure we're paying him, that was pathetic. Bench him.
Yall are getting ridiculous

Wooof. Tape don’t lie.
It doesnt lie. In those clips of Hubbard, he wasnt loafing. Is it supposed to be bad because he got blocked? Sometimes taking on blocks is necessary. Trying to evade blocks to make a tackle...results in runner breaking loose. You have to buy time for teammates to get there
I get it...lashing out is cathartic. I 100% agree that the team showed low effort and intensity...but at least try and be logical. I look at those clips of Hubbard and I really dont see what else he could have done on those plays. I guess some people think he should have just hulked out and cast aside blockers with one arm...physics doesnt work that way. If he had been dodging blockers...yeah id say thats soft and low effort. That was not the case

This. He’s the first man there. His job is to eat the block so the man behind him can make the tackle. Yes, if he can fight that block off great but him not being able to doesn’t mean he loafed. Same for the play he was “jogging” on. There were FOUR guys there to make the tackle. He’s assuming they are GOING TO MAKE THE TACKLE. That same play happens every play. I get we’re all mad but let’s place blame on the right place.

People need to watch more tape. Regardless of the combo, all of our inside lbs were avoiding contact. And when they didn’t, they got pummeled

I would trade my left or possibly my right nut (which I favor) for a Nick Gentry and a Cory Reamer on this team.

Let’s suspend every starter except Ty and Bernard.

Rolando would have went to prison early in his career for beating the hell out of teammates and coaches

He was held on the first TD. And on the play he's being accused of loafing as the backside safety he really should be filling a potential cutback lane, particularly with three dudes in position to make the play, and he gets into position to do that. At the moment the runner passes him, he is right on the hash where he should be.
Yep

In addition to those two, Brailsford played hard. He may have had the best run of the day.

THIS!! I said Saturday that his play is eerily, and sadly, just like watching Chris Capps play back in the day. Proctor needs to ride the bench for awhile -- and lose about 50 pounds.
