That's hilarious. Apparently responding to about 4 posts of yours in the 3 years I've been commenting here constitutes stalking. But nice deflection. I don't know what about my response strikes you as immature or lacking adult conversation but hey whatever makes you feel better.

And you still haven't answered the question. You can edit your post all you like to backtrack and make it seem like you're being nothing but respectful of Saban but you're the one who literally said he was running the program into the ground and needed to be replaced if he keeps Golding.

So for the last time I'll ask you to do your self-proclaimed job of analyzing the team's problems and suggest who to hire that will save the program from Saban running it into the ground? Who do you hire who immediately comes in and puts us back in the playoff every year and wins a natty every 2-3 years?

The stretch from 2000-2006 is what running a program into the ground looks like.

I know what it was like. You can bet tickets will be cheaper and much easier to get. Cost of everything Bama related will become extremely reasonable.

God help this fanbase when Saban actually does retire and his replacement has a couple of 9-3 or 8-4 seasons.

Btw I hate to inform you, that moment is sooner rather than later. I know that is hard for you to accept, but nothing I say will change that.

Another poster that has an account for a long time but has posted very little till lately, and a review of his posts show most of the posts on this board are critical of Alabama. Seems to think a lot of Georgia thoug

That is just ridiculous. You think I'm supportive of Georgia based off what? Believing our defense might have issues in the national championship game? I turned out to be right. You need to get over yourself and your opinions. If you can't handle a little disagreement, then it's time for you to find another hobby.

This board has a handful of people that are very immature. Some of the stretches they are going to trying to shutdown free speech and be negative is hilarious. I am sure you can easily spot some in this thread. They try to divert topics and control people.

CW, I then fall into the same boat of long time lurker. I have been through the ups, downs and back ups. I have seen what losing teams look like and what winners look like. You and all the rest of the sunshine pumpers can chose to bury your head in the sand and say, nothing to see here. Just because my post count isn’t high doesn’t mean I can’t have a negative opinion about where the program is currently headed with these coordinators.
NIL and the portal have shifted the landscape in college football. Saban used to be the master of taking advantage of each new rule, but gaining talent that doesn’t understand the “make them quit” mentality and coupling that with poor coordinators has brought us to where we are today.
No one is calling for Saban’s head as he is the best to ever do it, but stop bashing people here who see the writing on the wall if he doesn’t adapt again and fix what’s wrong with this team.

Maybe Saban is trying to build Golding up so someone will hire him after Saban fires him....Honestly, I think Saban has honestly lost his edge. If he keeps Golding, I hope he retires soon before the program comes completely off the rail.

LOL. What a maroon. That's so dumb it isn't even a good troll.

If Saban were fired today and took the Auburn job tomorrow he'd beat Alabama like a drum, with whatever coach you would hire.

It's always taken Saban time to get his system up and running. His first year at Alabama was 7-6, at LSU was 8-4, at Michigan State was 6-5-1. By his own admission, he isn't an instant turnaround guy.

I don't think that he's a troll, just an extremely spoiled fan.

We've lost 4 games in the past season, three of those were by a total of 7 points, the other was in a game where our team was hampered with injuries to vital players.

Does he need to make some coaching personnel changes? Yes. BoB will very likely be gone after the season. Who knows about Golding, but even if we keep him and lose BoB, we will be much better off.

We'll see what happens in the next year, but acting like we can get someone better than Saban right now is just sheer lunacy.

Yep. I respond to posts like that in the naive hope that they'll actually defend their position and have a productive discussion but it never happens. I just get deflection and personal attacks. Gotta learn not to feed the trolls.

For example if SoG made a similar statement about Saban needing to be replaced and you called him on it he'd have a list of 5 potential replacement candidates and stats to back up why they'd be good options. You may disagree with him but the discussion would be respectful and productive.

What does having a list of 5 candidates have to do with anything? A discussion about the DC does not require doing massive research on who should replace him. Do you use any logic at all.

Wrong. The Shocko guy said this…

If he keeps Golding, I hope he retires soon before the program comes completely off the rail

I 100% stand by that. If he doesn't replace the OC and DC, he may need to go.

No. You didn’t say he may need to go. You said you hope he retires if he keeps Golding.

Very similar to another troll post on the Rant posted by an LSU fan…

Poor Nick, it's time to retire

Only an idiot Alabama fan or a trolling rival fan wants Saban to retire now

Eta that the 2 posters with long-standing accounts but never post unless it’s stirring the pit, that’s very suspect

This board has gone off the rails. It’s not very active except for the trolls and bitchfests, which in turn is why it isn’t active with Alabama fans
