After freshman season thought Malachi Moore could be a future AA. Maybe he gets back on track this season.

Dee Liner and Ben Davis come to mind. I know Liner was an odd kid but I thought he was physically ready

It’s Eddie Williams. Family member grew up with him and played middle and high ball with him. Gotta keep my mouth shut but I know there’s a lot of panhandle guys on here that know some of his stories

Ah, come on. For one, it's been at least a decade. And two, the guy got kicked out for armed robbery and later went public and claimed he banged his high school AD several times.

How about some Eddie stories?

I thought Cooper Bateman was going to be a great QB, until I regularly saw him at Innisfree and Rounders

The OL out of Mountain Brook a few yrs back, Tyler Love I believe if I remember correctly. 5 star can’t miss prospect.

Going back a little, Brandon Miree. Man was I ever wrong

To be fair, Shaun Alexander got all our hopes up about Miree. He talked him up big time.

This. I can't think of more hype that equated to more of a nothing burger in Bama history.

This. Turns out he sold really shitty blow.

Yep, that's him. He definitely looked the part. I saw him outside of Neyland on 2012. It's been awhile, and I was drunk as hell by kickoff. But I think one of friends saw one of my I'd rather be butt chugging bumper stickers that I made, and brought him to me. I ended up giving him a couple.

Dee Liner
Yea, still can’t believe he ended up at Arkansas State.

I remember watching the camp he and Carl Lawson were at. They were by far the best two DE there. They bullied the competition. They were untouchable off the edge.

I’m Dee Liner’s case, he was a bit of a tweener because of size and body type. He was pudgy and looked like he would potentially grow into a DT, which he did.

You hit the nail on the head . I never expected him to develop much. That’s why I don’t get too excited or upset when we land or miss on DL who are 6’3” 265…. Just hard to project them ( and yes I know there are exceptions )
