How much respect did you lose for wild bill by using the power of the Oval Office to pressure women into sex? How much respect have you lost for all the libs that supported him then and still support him now?
Classic lib double standard.
Just so we are clear
Are you saying that banging an adult intern is the same as an underage girl?

No im saying that raping women or using power to get them to have sex with you is bad period. No one here is defending Moore. The point is that Clinton raped and/or pressured many women into sex. None of you libtard condem the democrats for standing beside Clinton yet the one I originally disagreed with tried to condem Ivey for saying she would vote for the parties candidate.

Just in case anyone needs a refreshed here's what Clinton did while in office:
The article you linked details an incident that happened while Clinton was a gubernatorial candidate in Arkansas, not while he was in office.
At any rate, if you want to get into a pissing match over political hypocrisy, the latrines on both sides will end up pretty even.
Im so sorry. I didn't realize there is a time period to which rape is no longer bad. Seriously dude?! I hope you don't have daughters.

Well, Kay Ivey has now been put into the uncomfortable position of publicly opposing Trump on one of his signature issues.
Ivey tells Trump administration Alabama could lose 4,000 jobs due to tariffs
Any chance this split between Ivey and the MAGA agenda dampens her support among Republicans on election day?

I'm not voting for her but I don't know why her being upset about Ala losing jobs would upset anyone. That's what she should be doing - fighting for our jobs.
the tariffs won't help most folks. I don't think that's a great stretch.
good for her

tarriffs are a tax, plain and simple. Folks who disagree are economically illiterate.

And Trump could never be elected President, and a Democrat could never win a Senate election in Alabama.
It's a long shot, but crazy things can happen in politics.

Almost everything is already built, it was just discontinued after Katrina destroyed stations in MS and AL. The economic impact will allow it to pay for itself in just months. Plus it will tie into Mobile’s new airport where tracks already exist. Ivey was bought by a few state officials, but it will eventually be approved/

Yeah, she only supported one.

It will cost her next to nothing as long as that R is next to her name, a D is next to her opponents, and she hasn't been accused of something heinous, like cancelling Firefly.

Ivey won't commit to debating Maddox.
Can someone tell me why Maddox's support of a Supreme Court nominee matters?

Jones's stance on abortion is about as hard left as it gets, but at the end of the day, Alabama voters didn't care...they weren't going to elect Moore.

Yeah, I was really surprised by that. In a state that has so many single-issue-abortion voters, he came out using the extremely broad and undefined language of "unrestricted late term abortions" when he wasn't even pressed on it which I saw as a huge mistake. Moore's wife used it and, incorrectly, claimed he was for "unrestricted full-term abortions", and while that was shitty of her, he set her up to make that play.
It ended up not mattering, but easily could have cost him everything and he didn't have much to gain from it.
