I think making TRob the DC would be his best move, for recruiting purposes and to keep the current team together. If TRob does become DC, I wonder if he still runs Saban's defense, or some other defensive scheme.

I hope Nick can convince DeBoer to retain TRob and Freddie hoping that will help retain many of our defensive players.
