Joel Klatt Releases Preseason Top 25, Ranks Eight SEC Teams

FOX Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt released his preseason Top 25 this week, with eight SEC teams making the cut as the 2026 season approaches.
Georgia leads the way for the conference at No. 6, followed by Texas at No. 7, LSU at No. 8 and Oklahoma at No. 9, giving the SEC four teams inside Klatt’s Top 10.
Texas A&M checks in at No. 13, followed by Alabama at No. 15 and Ole Miss at No. 16. Tennessee (No. 23) rounds out the eight SEC teams in the rankings.
