What I like about Milroe is what I liked about Blake. Both seemed to leave it all on the field and do everything they can to help the team win.

Yeah, the Milroe to Hurts comparisons have been popular, mostly because of recency and their build, but the Milroe to Sims comparisons are much more accurate in terms of similar strengths/weaknesses. Both have/had elite speed, and both want/wanted to stay in the pocket as much as possible (to a fault sometimes). They both have/had two of the best deep balls we've ever had at the position, but had room for improvement in the short game and field awareness.

The thing that excites me about Milroe though is that he's not a 5th-year like Sims was, has a better body for the position, and has a lot of room for growth. I'm excited to see what he can be next year.

Dude has been posting on SECrant that he thinks that Kirby threw the SEC Championship Game and let Saban win because Saban is retiring after the season.

Dude can’t really be a Bama fan. Maybe he is dd4bama.

And Milroe has only been groomed to play QB at UA which will bode well going forward with him and his growth.

I bet he'd literally chop his own nose off to spite his face.

Guess I got to get in here. Never hated on the kid, shoot never hate on any Bama player but I truly didn’t believe he could play high level P5 football and dude proved me wrong. Probably why I’m drinking at a bar on Saturday's and Saban and co doing work. Whatever happens during the playoffs Roll Tide Jalen and thanks for this year.

Entire season was built on about 17 plays. Do you really want to do this all over again next year against a much more unforgiving schedule?

Yeah we benefited from a down year in the conference. This team had plenty of holes but slowly improved and came together.

Hopefully Jalen improves because you know as well as I do the job is his. Saban has proved it over and over.

Milroe looked completely shook. Did he complete a single pass downfield?

Pathetically we will have to sit through the same exact crap in 2024.

Milroe is a one read one dimensional QB. No pre snap reads no RPO. He’s Blake sims until proven otherwise. Great athlete but needs a few years to potentially develop into an actual QB. He’s of course the starter next year unless we get another tua miracle.

He looked phenomenal in the first half. I can’t figure out who to blame for the second half. Did Kirby really adjust that well, or did our staff handcuff Milroe?

Menstrual cycle or not, he's a bit of a boom or bust, big play guy. Live by the big play, die when it's not there.
