Everyone from the FOGs to Bama Bball fans counted Bama out with this ridiculous assed thread.

The ones with crow at their table know who they are.

They'll either avoid this thread, or show some stats on how it happened.

Spoiler: It happened because we have a good coach, who turned it around after so many fans saying Bama was dead to rights, or, muh "Oats has lost his team".

It probably shouldn't. Maybe it'll remind us all to take a couple of deep breaths and walk around the block before we go of a public forum and expose our....anger.

Best coach we have had since Wimp. Much better than the NBA COTY guy. Grant was solid but was not able to recruit. Hobbs terrible and Mark G ruined a good start by not giving a crap. Nate is not polished yet but has a very high ceiling. Pay the man.

We think very much alike.

Pretty much agree with all but Hobbs analysis. He was a good defensive coach, but like Grant, could not recruit and had a hard time motivating fans and the team. Hobbs did get McDyess, but unlike Hobbs, Grant has maintained a good job in the profession. He does well at his alma mater Dayton - was great to see Dayton beat Kansas and win that tourney we were in this fall.

Didn't we win the SEC Championship last year?

This is a dumb post.

Case of great recruiter but bad coach? Don’t get me wrong, he has put excitement back into the program, but how much rope will he be given based on the poor performance so far this year?

You can almost bet on the population size of a posters hometown based on the level of stupidity of their post.

Good grief.

This thread is absurd

We lost a boat load talent off of last year's team.

We would be around a 6 seed in the tourney now with close to the #1 SOS.

Just won the SEC and conference tourney.

get out of here with this BS.

I've said before he's not a bad coach but he's doing a bad job with this team. This team has extended stretches of playing poor basketball. With that said, if he just had won the games with Mizzou and Georgia the attitudes of many fans would probably be much different. That takes you to 16-6 and 6-3 in the league and the attitude really changes.
