Why the hell isnt football like basketball where as long as they don’t sign with an agent, they can come back? That would make the most sense for some of these kids.

Mack must have really went full blown twitter in his interviews.. I didn't see him dropping this far. The championship game makes a lot more sense though now.

I do not see that as a reasonable option. If someone chooses to go pro early, the staff recruits to replace them. If they come back after the fact, some other kid has to be lose his scholarship to make room.

You chose to leave early, you now fend for yourself like the rest of us. Good choices can be fun. Poor choices - not so much. Your choice, your consequences. It is not like educated people don't attempt to help them with the choice before they make it.

This is starting to get painful.. I see why Saban made those comments now. He doesn't want to see his boys go through this.. Saban tried. All he can do, Maybe Mack will pick his advisors more wisely and learn from this. Turn it into a positive and grow. It cost him millions though and he missed his first shot.

Them talking about Thompson playing in the 180s with his thin frame and teams not knowing his speed as a player, kinda paints a better picture with his fall.

Obviously his collapse/packing it in after a few weeks too...

Mack going to have to return those gold chains at this rate.. I hate to see any Bama player go through this. I really hope he goes soon.

And another LB taken.

If he goes undrafted, I will begin to think that there are unknown factors involved. I didn't expect him to fall this far.

Sidebar: Can Bama go up and figure out what Utah does with specialist?

They spit out Kickers and punters regularly...

Mack was awful last year. If you watch his game flim, this fall isn't unexpected.

They've mentioned at least 3 times on the NFL Network coverage that Mack's play dipped after the first month.

Feeling the insinuation that he played safe to avoid injury, which seemingly hurt his stock more than helped.

They are openly avoiding him, this is a disaster.

He must have done something very bad in his interviews. like bashed coaching or something. This makes no sense

Putting a pin in Thompson's fall, apparently he was taken off draft boards due to a degenerative knee condition.
