He's eventually going to end up on the lakefront house in North River where Saban lived for the last 17 years. I imagine the Saban's will be moving out soon and they'll give Saban a condo near the stadium to stay when he's in town.
Edit: this more than anything why I assume that Nick Saban will not be around much "out of season" in this nebulous AD role. They didn't buy a mansion on a Florida beach island to live in a luxury condo somewhere in Tuscaloosa. I imagine he'll have access to the CTF jet and will be there whenever he's needed...but the majority of their time will be in Jupiter.

Even before getting to that point, Heupel would be a lot less unhealthy looking if he would just do bare minimum grooming. He legitimately looks like he doesn't bathe regularly.
This may sound silly, but it's hard for me to see them ever winning a championship with someone who can't even be bothered to consistently shave and shower. But on the other hand, he's a good cultural fit with their fans.

Brings to mind what the old, out of shape NFL QB , Sonny Jurgensen, said when a reporter gave him shite about his beer belly, "I pass the ball with my arm, not my stomach". Who cares what a coach looks like? They're not playing. So long as they coach okay, they can look like Charlie Weiss.
