So our plan is to shell out a ton of money to make Aubies feel bad, and then not have any of the good players come signing day?

Not on copium though. To get Barn high you have to get totally wrecked with copium and then huff cow shite. Only then can you understand the logic behind burning your NIL budget on a bunch of guys who you know will later flip and destroy your recruiting class and program perception.

George Pickens being eligible as a freshman at UGA showed me that these places can get anyone eligible.

FYI, I asked around about Sharma again this afternoon. Still sounds like Texas feels good right now. Unless something has happened that hasn't gotten back to the Bama insiders, it doesn't sound like we've been pushing real hard. His mother obviously favors Bama. Not sure we've made him a big priority, though. I guess we'll find out tomorrow. The general thought has been that Bama could close it out if they wanted to.

Going back to the idea of Bama paying for just "commitments" and Auburn fans believing it, that's maybe THE dumbest thing I've ever heard. Completely defies all logic and sense and I'd literally bet my house it's not true (and I never bet anything unless I KNOW I'm going to win).
