We don’t have enough spots left for all the blue chip players we could sign this cycle. We are fine.

Would have loved to have Webb and Thibs but the former is not at a position of need and the latter was likely a bad fit for the culture of the program.

It should be impossible to complain about a #1 class (especially when Saban actually does an excellent job of developing talent too).

We are still cleaning up (one week away from flipping two elite players and only two removed from yet another historic victory).

I’m enjoying being the King.

Really dont understand why you guys are saying we have to have Dean. Would be nice to have but not a must imo.

Think we need Dean or To’oto’o for sure. Injuries killing us and lose Mack and Prolly Moses next year. McMillan and Benton haven’t shown much

Tyson and Quick practiced today

They aren't allowed to wear pads yet, but they were there

I had no idea that he needed surgery

We have the kid from Washington. I mean i want Dean but you guys have to stop acting as if the world is going to end if we dont get him. We already have two ILBs.

I won’t melt over any recruit . I just think we need Lee and one more. Some of the other LB. recruits can probably play inside as well. I know they say C. Harris is ILB but hell he payed corner a lot on his team I think

I haven't been there. I haven't eaten out in Center Point in a pretty long time. No McDonalds or anything. I'm sorry I'm not more help, I'm just scared my food will get spit in around here

Think the issue was over OLB position. To'oto'o is on the same level as Dean. A few think he is better than Dean. Either way, one or both and we will be fine.

Harris playing cornerback is just him playing against the best person on the other team i would think.

Yea it is but that why LSU wasn’t on him bc he hasn’t played much LB and wouldn’t camp there as an LB

Harris may project at LB, but that almost assuredly is at OLB. He is an athletic freak and a great pickup, but I'm not sure he can be counted as part of solving out ILB depth.

Harris doesn't have the size nor edge ability to play outside at Bama, he's a WILL all the way.

I could see him playing DB before I could see him playing outside...

Watts said Battle told OSU they are out and Watts "didnt know when he'd make everything public".

Sounds like Watts sees it as basically over.

Harris from all I've read will be at ILB at Bama. And, I think he would play water boy at Bama if we'd offered him that. The Harris kid always seemed to want to be at Bama more than any place else. And, he may have more upside than Dean.

Maybe if we ran a 4-3 base defense. Our OLBs tend to be significantly bigger than our ILBs because they are having to play with their hands down or pass rush against OTs. Jennings weighs 30 pounds more than Moses. As long as Harris can carry ~240 without bad weight he's an ILB all the way in our current system.
