The rule says once you declare pro your eligibility ends. Thats not a hard rule to understand. I don’t care what other teams did it first. And for an Alabama booster judge to ok it? It feels sleazy.
This is completely embarrassing to the university.

How is a European player who was paid by their team over there not meet the threshold of “pro” participation?
How is NIL era CFB/CBB not “pro”? If receiving money to play prohibits college eligibility no SEC starters should be eligible.
