Its just kind of insane to me that people think that a true soph QB has no chance in developing into a good player at his position. So many times we've seen these things said about a player(Henry, Sims, Hurts) only for that player to be very successful at the position that they intended to play.

It doesn’t mean anything, and doesn’t change the fact that Simpson will be our starting QB by the end of next season.

If either is not the starter at the end of spring I wouldn’t expect them to stick around to the fall

Simpson, likely.
But, Milroe could make an impact at another position if he's willing to make a move. But, he could also develop into a really good QB. Lots of time between now and fall camp.
